Accounting and payroll
Our company provides clients with the following services:
- Comprehensive book-keeping (single-entry as well as double-entry) for legal entities and individuals
- Maintenance of separate payroll records, payroll processing on an outsourcing basis
- Annual income tax reconciliation provided with payroll processing
- Verification of input data from the tax aspect provided along with maintenance of accounting books
- Book-keeping or payroll processing outputs tailored to the needs of our clients
- Preparation of a tax return based on the accounting records and financial statements, if agreed with our clients
- VAT and other taxes evidence
- reconstruction of the past periods accounting and other services related to the accounting based on customer´s demand
- If requested by our clients, we provide for transformation of their financial statements prepared under Slovak legislation into a format consistent with International Accounting Standards
Payroll outsourcing includes primarily these activities:
- Registration and cancellation of registration of employees in all relevant state institutions and insurance companies (e.g. social and health insurance, labour offices, etc.)
- Representing the client during all inspections of payroll agenda by state institutions
- Drafting model work agreements for all types of employment
- Regular monthly calculation of payrolls based on worker attendance submitted by the client (includes: employee wage slips in electronic or printed form, full overview of wages, preparing a bank payment order for all employee wages and payments to state institutions and insurance companies)
